Position Overview
We are urgently seeking 4 Male WTP & ETP Operators to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain WTP & ETP systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine checks, record data (pH levels, chemical dosing, etc.), and maintain logs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with supervisors to address operational challenges.
- Manage chemical inventory and handle storage safely.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: ITI Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field. 10+2 pass is mandatory.
- Experience: 1–2 years in WTP/ETP operations (preferred). Freshers with relevant training may apply.
- Skills: Proficiency in machinery handling, basic maintenance, and data recording.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to shifts, and teamwork.
Shift Details
- Rotational shifts (day/night), including weekends.
- Reliable transportation required due to location.
