• HVAC Engineer - 8+ years | SAR 5,000–6,000 + 35% HRA
• HVAC Supervisor - 7+ years | SAR 4,000–4,500 (Basic) + FAT
• HVAC Technician (20) - 5+ years | SAR 2,500–3,000 (Basic) + FAT

3. Electrical & Maintenance Roles

• Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - 7+ years | SAR 4,000–4,500 (Basic) + FAT

4. Utility & Operations

• Utility Supervisor - 5+ years | SAR 4,000–4,500 (Basic) + FAT
