- Blowing Operators: Proficiency in managing blow-molding equipment for PET bottle production.
- Line Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical): 3–5 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting production lines. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and automation in beverage plants.
- Production Supervisors: Prior supervisory experience in high-speed beverage manufacturing environments. Ability to oversee workflow, ensure safety compliance, and meet production targets.
