Job Overview
- Position: Shift Incharge Production (SIG/A3 Tetra)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in production/manufacturing (beverages/FMCG preferred)
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Locations: Varanasi (UP), Khurda (Odisha), Chennai (Tamil Nadu)
- Supervise daily production shifts to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize SIG/A3 Tetra machinery performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate shift reports.
- Collaborate with teams for continuous process improvement.
- Experience with SIG/A3 Tetra packaging in beverage/pharma/FMCG sectors.
- Technical knowledge of production workflows and machinery.
- Leadership skills to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of quality control and safety regulations.
