Job Overview

• Position: Fitter/RAC Technician

• Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or relevant field

Key Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in equipment.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Maintaining records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.

Who Should Apply?

• Education: ITI/Diploma in Fitter, RAC, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 3+ years in maintenance roles, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or beverage industries.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling tools and equipment for refrigeration/AC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and SOPs.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
