Job Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will spearhead the sales strategy for our bottled water products, focusing on the HORECA channel while exploring opportunities in other key sectors. Your role will involve building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the beverages/FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute sales strategies to expand market share across HORECA and other relevant channels.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and KPIs for bottled water products.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering services, etc.).
- Maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers (e.g., procurement heads, F&B managers).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and motivate a sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget reviews for management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5–7 years in sales, preferably within the beverages/FMCG/water industry, with exposure to HORECA channels.
- Skills: Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of Delhi NCR’s HORECA and corporate client landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Results-driven, customer-focused, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
