Key Responsibilities
- Leading the maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems.
- Developing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Managing spare parts inventory and optimizing maintenance budgets.
- Collaborating with production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Training junior technicians and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Analyzing equipment performance data to implement improvement strategies.
Who Should Apply?
- Education: B-Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance roles, preferably in the beverage/FMCG/manufacturing sector.
- Skills:
- Expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work across shifts in a high-pressure environment.
