Job Summary
We are hiring A3 Machine Operators to manage and maintain our new A3 machines. This role is crucial for our production targets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain A3 machines efficiently.
- Meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the production team for seamless operations.
- Maintain records of production and machine performance.
- Ensure workplace safety and follow protocols.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience operating A3 or similar Tetra Pack machines.
- Technical knowledge in Tetra Pack operations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for extended work hours.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
