As we expand within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector, we are seeking a proactive and strategic HORECA Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives in the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share within the HORECA sector and achieve sales targets.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard new clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services, while fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, supply agreements, and service term negotiations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives and maximize productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget updates for senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years in HORECA sales, preferably within the beverages, FMCG, or water industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of the Delhi NCR HORECA market.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
