Open Positions & Key Requirements
1. Plant Head
- Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end plant operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in beverage manufacturing, preferably with 600–800 BPM lines.
- Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.
2. Maintenance Executive
- Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot Krones machinery, optimize performance, and oversee repairs.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Krones technology maintenance.
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3. Quality Team Lead
- Responsibilities: Implement QA/QC protocols, lead audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality control within the beverage industry.
- Qualification: Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
4. Microbiologist
- Responsibilities: Conduct microbial analysis, enforce hygiene standards, and monitor safety compliance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG/beverage microbiology labs.
- Qualification: Degree in Microbiology or related discipline.
