Job Description & Responsibilities
Plant Head: Responsible for overseeing all operations at the beverage production plant, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Key duties include:
- Supervising daily operations and production schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Maintenance Manager: Leads the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations of high-speed production lines. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing maintenance schedules.
- Minimizing downtime of equipment.
- Training and mentoring maintenance staff.
Maintenance Executive: Assists in maintaining equipment and supporting the maintenance manager in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Maintaining records of repairs and maintenance.
- Ensuring safety compliance during maintenance tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant hands-on experience with Krones and Tech-Long machinery.
- Proven expertise in CSD high-speed 600-800 BPM lines.
- Prior experience with leading beverage brands such as Coke, Pepsi, or Parle.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
