Job Description
We are a leading player in the beverage manufacturing industry, specializing in the production of high-quality drinking water under the Kinley brand. Our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence drives us to deliver products that meet global standards. As we expand our capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic Plant Head to lead the commissioning and installation of our new beverages production line in Indore.
Job Overview
The Plant Head will oversee the end-to-end project management of the new beverages line, including plant commissioning, installation, and operational readiness. This role demands strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in setting up large-scale manufacturing facilities within the FMCG/beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and timely completion of the beverages plant commissioning and installation.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Operational Readiness: Develop SOPs, workforce training, and maintenance protocols for the new line.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with senior leadership, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with FDA, FSSAI, and other industry-specific regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 10–15 years in plant operations/project management within beverages/FMCG.
- Skills: Plant commissioning, CAPEX management, OHS, GMP, SAP/ERP systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with beverage packaging lines.
- Familiarity with Kinley/Coca-Cola processes.
